A Few Words About Global Elevators

We were incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 14th March 2000 with the main object of installation, repair & maintenance of lifts. Our registered office is situated at Global House, Plot no D 222/35, Near Mahanagar Gas, Shirvane MIDC, Nerul, Navi Mumbai 400706 . At Global Elevators we possess that rare combination of professional expertise in all phases.

We have undertaken various types of elevator installations. Our unique craftsmanship and reliability is the result of 40 years of experience. A team of professionals with required mix of technical and commercial expertise and experience started the company.

We started catering mainly to the construction industry in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune. We are a full-fledged elevator company having our own set up for designing creating and maintaining all types of Traction, Hydraulic, and Machine room less (MRL), Manual/Automatic elevators such as Passenger, Hospital, Goods and Car. We have installed more than 3000 of elevators in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune and also other places.

We are also maintaining more than 1400 elevators. We have a 10000 sq ft place solely used for the after sale services purpose and a well-equipped communication facility to provide one of the most efficient lift maintenance service in Navi Mumbai.

Current Status

We are working on various projects including Home lifts which are highly customised elevator solution. There are installed mainly into private homes with customisations matching customer’s interior. We are also working on tower car parking solutions. This helps to maximise parking in minimum space.

With in-house training facility we are keeping our technicians well educated and skilled for lower breakdown time and higher customer satisfaction.

Workforce

With 73 directly employed staff and additional 35 contractors we have became a company which delivers the product in time. We believe that the service starts right from the beginning of the agreement and we work closely with the customer to give our best service to complete the project in time with all necessary permissions and licenses. This helps customer to obtain further certificates to give OC on time without delay charges.

Our 3 hr call back service further helps members of the building to use the elevator with minimum breakdown time. With our factory at Nerul, we keep all the necessary parts ready to replace them immediately whenever needed which reduces down time of the elevator

Vendors

We are well known for our payments within our vendors. Because of this our vendors are always ready to complete our order on priority. Our most of the vendors are with us for more than 15 years. We have maintained the quality and will keep on doing so. This is the one of the core values of our company.

Service Timings And Response

We clearly understand our responsibility towards our business and hence we provide a twelve hours service on all working days and eight hours services on all public holidays.

We do not overload our field mechanics and sample provision is made to ensure availability of our alternative at most of the times. Also many of the staff members have been provided with a Two wheeler, Four wheeler and hence we are always in position to ensure a minimum delay in attending the breakdown calls which most of our clients will vouch for.

Proactive Approach And Guaranteed Performance

We have established a system to continuously monitor the quality of service being provided in respect of equipment condition, call back and response time. Apart from promptly attending to the needs of the customers our representative meets the customers once in every quarter on his own.

This helps us in assessing the quality of service provided and works done on lift for that particular period. All the deficiencies noted during the period will be promptly rectified.

Customers

Our customers are spread over geographical area spanning from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai and Pune. The customers are Builders and Developers, Residential Housing Societies etc. Some of our customers are with us from 15 years which really make us proud. Future Outlook

With the tremendous growth of construction industry and continuous rise in the foreseeable future, the opportunities for growth in our line of business are limitless. However, we wish our success to be measured not nearly in terms of achieving physical and financial targets but also in terms of customer’s faith and satisfaction.

We aspire to be a company known for prompt and quality product and service integrity, customer friendliness, innovativeness and adaptability. We wish to make good customer relationship ever a long period of time as the main driver of our growth. We look forward to annual growth of about 30-40 % over a period of next five years.

We are one of the preferred clients of our suppliers. Many of the suppliers are working with is for more than 10 years with key components suppliers are with us for more than 18 years.
